Warranty & Returns
Please contact us if you have any issues with your Steamfast product before returning it to the store, if purchased from a retailer.  You may contact us at consumerservice@steamfast.com or call 1-800-711-6617. 

If a Steamfast product is purchased direct (www.steamfast.com or 1-800-711-6617) and returned to Steamfast within 30 days of the purchase, Steamfast will refund the purchase price of the product minus the cost of shipping. To return a product to Steamfast, please call Consumer Services at 1-800-711-6617.

Warranty Instructions:
Please call 1-800-711-6617 or e-mail consumerservice@steamfast.com to receive your repair authorization number.  Please be ready to give the Model, Date Code and Serial Number along with your contact information.  If your unit  is covered by a warranty, there is no charge for parts & labor on the Warranty Services.  Simply ship the unit to Steamfast, with the repair authorization number on the box, and your unit will be repaired and returned to you within 1-2 weeks after we receive the product at our factory.

NON-Warranty:
If your product is no longer under warranty we still do service many items outside the warranty period. If it is outside the warranty period, there is a charge for the parts and labor and return shipping and handling,  which we would let you know the exact amount before we do any servicing to the unit. Note: Steamfast is the only authorized repair service for Steamfast products.
